libmp3-info-perl software package provides Perl MP3::Info - Manipulate / fetch info from MP3 audio files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmp3-info-perl
libmp3-info-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmp3-info-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmp3-info-perl *
You will get with libmp3-info-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
